Tuition Reimbursement

Pursuing additional education is a benefit available to eligible full-time Cabela’s employees. In an effort to help defray tuition costs, we offer tuition assistance, as well as, applicable registration fees, upon the successful completion of approved classes.

Adoption Leave & Assistance

For our family members who choose to grow their families through adoption, Cabela’s wants to share in your joy. We offer qualifying employees up to three weeks of paid leave for an adoption, as well as up to $2,000 reimbursement to assist families in covering costs associated with the adoption process.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Advice—sometimes advice alone can be priceless. As such, Cabela’s, through Magellan Health Services, offers the Employee Assistance Program, which can help guide you through taxing mental concerns, such as depression, anxiety, or stress, workplace issues, dependant care concerns and much more. Financial and legal advice is also available. Many services are completely free or at discounted rates for Cabela’s employees.

Will Preparation

To better provide for your family, all Cabela’s employees have free access to basic legal documentation, including wills, living wills, medical powers of attorney and more.
