We want our employees to enjoy some well deserved time off each year, so at Cabela’s Canada we have a flexible vacation policy that allows you to take time off based on your years of service to the company.
At Cabela’s Canada, we want our employees to have time to see their medical practitioners to maintain good health. As much as possible, employees book these appointments before and after their shifts. When this is not possible, Cabela’s Canada provides up to two hours of paid leave for employees to attend medical appointments.
Cabela’s gives you time to celebrate statutory holidays with family and friends. Each year, team members are allotted eight to ten paid holidays based on the province of employment and employment status.
