We want our employees to enjoy some well deserved time off each year, so at Cabela’s we have a flexible vacation policy that allows you to take time off based on your years of service to the company and hours worked. Need more vacation time? Eligible employee can purchase additional vacation on a quarterly basis. We also allow eligible employees to donate vacation. Go ahead, take your vacation just the way you like it.

Holidays

Cabela’s gives you time to celebrate the holidays with family and friends. Each year, team members are allotted six paid holidays based on employment status to enhance your time off benefits.
